My wife's company uses these jokers through a 3rd party retailer. This company should be call Non Stop Disappointment. Unfortunately I cannot give a rating lower than 1 star, because they don't even deserve that. Most likely it’ll arrive damaged if everyone else’s reviews are any indication of the quality of service. Surely my package will arrive 20 days after the expected eta, as the delivery date gets changed on the app each and every day. I honestly don’t understand how a company like this is still in business, in this day and age. The customer service is horrible, and they said that they don’t even give out the number to the local hub that will be delivering my TV. I was then told that they’re going to file for an investigation, and that I’d need to wait an additional 72 hours for a resolution. I called back two more times since then, and apparently they can’t find the package now. I followed up again, and they said it had reached their hub, and that someone would be contacting me to arrange the delivery shortly. They said to call back another day to see if they could find anything. I called over a week ago to check to status of the order to ensure it arrived on or before that date, and nobody had any clue as to where the package was. My original date shown for arrival according to the Purchasing Power app showed December 13. I ordered a TV through Home Depot, and they use NSD for the delivery service. If I could give zero stars for a rating, I would.
